Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract. If you expressly consent to the commencement of work within the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost upon full performance of the service.
Full refund of the deposit within 7 working days.
The deposit is applied against work completed to date. Any unused portion is refunded proportionally.
No refunds after client sign-off. If the delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope, The Sky Designers will correct the issue at no additional charge.
